1. Who we are

Almahra International Travel L.L.C – S.P.C (Almahra, we, us) is a company licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates under tourism licence CN-5126964. Our website is almahratravels.com.

2. Using this website

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you book for another traveller, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their details and accept these terms for the booking.

You must provide complete, current and accurate names, passport details, dates, contact information and documents. You are responsible for checking the final confirmation immediately and telling us about an error.

3. Our role and your booking

Almahra may provide a service directly or arrange it through an airline, hotel, immigration authority, destination company, attraction, insurer, payment provider or other supplier. The responsible supplier's fare, house, admission and cancellation rules also apply and will be shown or made available before payment where relevant.

A request is not confirmed merely because it is submitted. A binding booking is formed when Almahra issues an order or booking confirmation and, where payment is required, confirms that payment has been received or authorised.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless we clearly state another currency. Before payment we show the amount due, taxes and disclosed mandatory fees. Banks or card issuers may separately charge conversion or international transaction fees.

Payment may be offered by secure hosted card page, approved payment link or at our office. Online card payments are processed by Network International. We do not receive or store your full card number, security code or card PIN.

We may decline, cancel or review a transaction where payment is not authorised, details do not match, fraud or sanctions concerns arise, a price is clearly erroneous, or the service is no longer available.

5. Visa and immigration services

Almahra checks documents and submits applications as an agent. ICP or the relevant immigration authority alone decides whether to issue, reject, refuse, cancel or delay a visa and whether a traveller may enter or remain in a country. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an application is submitted to ICP or the relevant authority, the visa application payment is non-refundable, including if the application is rejected or refused.

You must not make non-refundable travel arrangements until the required visa or entry permission has been issued. A visa does not guarantee entry. The traveller remains responsible for passports, permits, health requirements, onward travel, funds and compliance with immigration rules.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Your right to change or cancel depends on the service, the time of the request, work already performed and the supplier or authority rules accepted at checkout. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

Contact us promptly if you need a change. A change is not effective until we confirm it in writing. Fare differences, supplier charges and reasonable service fees may apply.

7. Travel documents and conduct

Delivery is electronic unless expressly agreed otherwise. You must keep confirmations, visas, vouchers and tickets secure and follow supplier check-in times, baggage rules, conduct rules and safety instructions.

We may refuse service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unsafe conduct, or where providing the service would breach sanctions, immigration, payment or other legal requirements.

8. Events outside reasonable control

Almahra is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events we cannot reasonably control, including government action, border closure, severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, conflict, industrial action, carrier disruption, system outage or supplier insolvency. We will take reasonable steps to assist and will pass on any refund or alternative actually made available under the applicable rules.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Almahra is responsible for its own services with reasonable care and skill, but not for independent decisions or acts of authorities and third-party suppliers beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, business loss or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer. Any monetary liability relating to a booking will not exceed the amount paid to Almahra for the affected service, except where the law requires otherwise.

10. Law, complaints and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
