What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed by a website. We may also use local storage, session storage and similar identifiers. Some expire when the browser closes; others remain for a stated period.
Strictly necessary use
Essential technologies support sign-in, security, fraud prevention, checkout continuity, saved guest-order links, language or interface preferences and load balancing. The service cannot work reliably without them, so they do not depend on optional marketing consent where the law permits.
Analytics and marketing
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking, we will identify the provider, purpose and duration and request consent where required before activation. We do not describe an optional tracker as active unless it is actually deployed.
Third-party pages
Network International's hosted payment page and supplier websites may set their own necessary or optional cookies. Their notices govern those pages.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, order recovery or secure checkout. You can also clear saved guest-order links from your browser; doing so does not delete the order from Almahra's records.
Contact
Questions about browser storage or future consent choices can be sent to hello@almahratravels.com.
This customer-facing document is designed to explain Almahra's operating rules clearly. It does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
